Connect your specific, provable strengths directly to what this role actually needs — supported by real examples, not general claims about being a hard worker or team player.
This question is really asking: "Of everyone we could hire, make the case for you specifically." Vague answers ("I'm a hard worker and a fast learner") don't differentiate you, because almost every candidate says something similar.
"You need someone who can both write the code and explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. In my last role I led the migration project and was also the one who presented progress to leadership monthly — so I can operate on both sides of that gap from day one."
Research the role and company beforehand so your examples map to what they've said they actually need, rather than generic strengths.
